Abstract
Digital technologies are now an integral part of our lives, e.g. Apps offer us recommendations on music, products, and activities using data analytics and algorithms. Useful as digital technologies for us, it should be clear by now that they can also lead to harmful and discriminatory consequences. Here, a significant question arises: if digital technologies do harm, who should be responsible?
