Join your friends and colleagues for 2 amazing hours of algorithmic puzzles in a solo competitive programming competition to find out and win prizes up to 125CHF.

Details
How does this competitive programming competition work?
There will be a brief 5-minute introduction and 25-minute practice to the contest system. Then, the actual contest will begin, lasting for 2 hours. A live scoreboard will be available but will freeze 30 minutes before the end. The final results will be announced at the Closing Ceremony.
Content
You'll face 5-6 algorithmic puzzles, very similar to the Code Expert tasks in your Algorithms class. This is a competitive programming contest, so the emphasis is on problem-solving rather than knowing algorithms.
Rules
The contest is individual, so not in teams! Bring your laptop! The contest will be held on the Codeforces system, and you can code in over 30 programming languages, including C, C++, Java, Python, Haskell, and Rust. Communication with other contestants is not allowed, but you can use any tools, including ChatGPT and Copilot, and copy-paste code from the internet. Problems are created by CPC to ensure that they can't be solved with a Google search or prompting with ChatGPT.
What to bring
Please bring your laptop with you! There won't be any public computers available.
FAQ
Why can't I sign up for this competition?
If you signed up for the main event after the early access deadline (8:00pm, 19th of September), you can sign up from the 22nd of September. But don't worry, we will send you a reminder when the sign up opens. Early access is our way to thank early supporters!
