VIS General Assembly FS25

The General Assembly takes place (at least) once a semester. This semesters ordinary GA takes place in CAB F 21, on the 3rd of March at 17.00. All VIS members are invited to attend. Every VIS member at the meeting can give opinions and vote on every decision.
The General Assembly includes the following programme points:
- Review of the individual committees and the board, what has been done in the last semester and what are the plans for this semester.
- Motions / votes for VIS projects, which often have to do with money (new events, coffee machines in the common room, new orders to the VIS representatives, etc.).
- Overview of finances, where do we still have how much money and how much have we already spent.
- Elections, who represents the students to the lecturers, who takes care of the finances, who takes care of the exam collection, etc.

There will be pizza and softdrinks.
The set-up is between 14:00 and 17:00, and we would be very happy to have some helping hands. Also for the clean-up afterwards.
