Ticket Pickup
The tickets can be picked up between 20:15 and 20:25 in the lobby of Arena Cinemas at the event organisers.
Seat Selection
The seat number on your ticket is not valid. You can choose your seat upon arrival, but please avoid leaving single seats between groups and fill the rows accordingly.
Refund
Once you paid, there will be no refund in case you cannot attend the event.
